01Scholar independent contractor model
This Agreement governs independent spiritual scholars, pandits, priests, imams, qaris, acaryas, pastors, and astrologers (“Scholar” or “You”) offering religious consultation and ceremony services via the Scholar-Divinifyy Application. Scholars on Divinifyy function entirely as independent professional service providers/contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Divinifyy.
02Scholar qualification & onboarding verification
- Authentic credentials. All scholars must undergo mandatory identity and credential verification prior to account approval. You certify that all certificates, degrees, religious training details, and biographical information provided are genuine.
- Government ID submission. Scholars must submit valid Government ID proof (Passport, National ID Card/Aadhaar, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence) and a selfie photo for profile authentication.
- Approval rights. Divinifyy reserves the right to reject any application that fails verification standards or is flagged as fraudulent.
03Scholar code of conduct & integrity
- Community representation. Registered scholars represent their religious community and agree to provide guidance with the utmost integrity, tolerance, dignity, and wisdom.
- Zero-tolerance restrictions. Strictly forbidden: promoting division, hate speech, political propaganda, asking customers for cash tips, exchanging personal contact numbers, or requesting off-platform payments.
- Account termination. Violating conduct rules or attempting off-platform transactions will lead to immediate profile deactivation and earnings forfeiture.
04Independent contractor status
Scholars function entirely as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or joint-venturers of Divinifyy. Scholars are solely responsible for their own income taxes, professional compliance, and statutory obligations in their local jurisdiction.
05Booking commitments & sliding-scale penalty system
Scholars agree to respect accepted booking slots. Scholar cancellations are governed by a sliding-scale penalty policy to protect customers and platform reliability.

06Fee commission, ledger deductions & payout terms
Spiritual consultation fees are structured in accordance with platform standardised rates. Divinifyy retains a service commission fee to maintain technology infrastructure, with the remaining balance disbursed directly to the scholar's verified bank account on a regular payout cycle.
Unsettled cancellation penalties are recorded on the scholar ledger and automatically deducted from the total earnings balance on the next payout disbursement.
