01About Divinifyy platform & services

Divinifyy is a premier multi-faith digital ecosystem and technology intermediary platform designed to connect users (“Customers”) with verified independent religious scholars, pandits, imams, priests, astrologers, and spiritual experts across diverse faith traditions — including Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, and other spiritual paths.

Divinifyy facilitates online spiritual consultations (audio, video, chat), location-based bookings for home/venue religious ceremonies (pujas, prayers, rituals), religious education, horoscope generation, and festival guidance. Divinifyy acts exclusively as a technology facilitator providing infrastructure, secure payment integration, and automated scheduling.

02Acceptance of terms

Welcome to Divinifyy. By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Divinifyy Customer Application or website (api.divinifyy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Divinifyy.

03Eligibility & account registration

• Age & eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/legal guardian consent) to register an account and book services.
• Registration requirements. Registration requires providing accurate information including full legal name, active mobile number, email address, gender, and completed OTP verification.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

04Nature of advisory & facilitation services

• Intermediary model. Divinifyy connects users with independent religious scholars. Scholars are independent contractors and NOT employees, agents, or partners of Divinifyy.
• Scope of services. Divinifyy facilitates religious ceremonies/prayers, spiritual guidance & consultations, religious education & teachings, and festival/special occasion services.
• Spiritual nature disclaimer. All advice, consultations, horoscopes, and spiritual guidance are provided for informational and observational purposes. Users assume full responsibility for any life decisions made following a consultation.

05Booking, pricing & payment terms

• Booking policy. All consultation booking fees and ritual package prices are clearly displayed in the App prior to booking. Bookings are subject to scholar availability and confirmation.
• Payment processing. All payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Divinifyy does not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords on its servers. Applicable statutory taxes (such as GST) are added at checkout.

06Code of conduct & prohibited activities

• Respectful conduct. Users agree to treat all scholars with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times.
• Prohibited behaviour. Harassment, hate speech, abusive language, recording sessions without consent, sharing obscene material, or soliciting scholars for off-platform transactions or direct personal contact exchange is strictly prohibited.
• Zero-tolerance policy. Attempting off-platform payments or fee circumvention will result in immediate permanent account suspension without refund.

07Cancellation & refund policy summary

Customer cancellations are governed by platform cancellation tiers.

08Limitation of liability & governing law

Divinifyy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from interactions on the platform, service interruptions, or advice received from third-party scholars. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
