02Ledger deduction notice
Cancellation penalties levied on scholars are recorded on the scholar ledger as unsettled penalties. They are automatically deducted from your total earnings balance on your next payout disbursement cycle.

04Emergency penalty waivers
If a scholar cancels due to a medical emergency, natural calamity, or verified force majeure event, the scholar can submit proof to Admin Support. Admins have full authority to grant a complete penalty waiver.
05Payout adjustments on customer refunds
When a customer receives a refund due to scholar cancellation or no-show, zero earnings payout is generated for that session. Any advance disbursement will be debited from future scholar earnings.
